Booking/Cancellations Policy
•A 50% deposit is normally payable on booking –limited to a maximum of one nights stay.|
•The deposit will be deducted from your final account.
•We accept payment by cash or by most major credit/debit cards.

If you need to cancel your booking:
We require 7 days notice from the date of arrival for a full refund of any payment made.
•If less then 7 days notice is given:
we will need to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of 1 nights stay for each room booked.
•If less than 48 hours notice is given:
we will need to charge 100% of the entire booking cost.
During our High Season period
- August, Hogmanay, Rugby weekends and Edinburgh events -
28 days notice is required for cancellation of bookings, otherwise booking must be paid for in full
